BREAKFAST

Breakfast, as you know, is the most important meal of the day, and we work hard so that you can start yours full of energy! We select quality ingredients, favouring local ones and following the seasons.

Our cakes, all home-made and baked fresh every day, will surprise you with their variety and flavours. Eggs, cheeses and cured meats from Trentino will delight those who prefer savoury tastes, while fruit (fresh, in fruit salad and dried), juices, yoghurt, different kinds of bread and much more complete the rich choice we have carefully put together to make the start of your day a memorable moment. The view from the windows of the dining room will be the backdrop to your breakfast.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 am.

DINNER

Dinner is an intimate moment, to be enjoyed in complete relaxation in a quiet space that is never crowded. That is our idea, and it is what we offer you when you sit down at the table reserved for you.

On the menu, created every day to surprise you, you will find dishes from the Trentino and Alpine tradition, vegetarian dishes and dishes from the rich Italian and international tradition.

Our Chef Leone is always looking for new combinations and selects his ingredients with great care and passion: we work closely with local farms and producers to offer you the best and make every dinner an authentic journey between tradition and creativity.

To complete this journey through flavours, we offer a rich list of labels from small wineries with a great winemaking tradition, all from the region.

Dinner is served from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. On request, gluten-free and lactose-free products are also available at dinner.
